Arkisha Robinson Obituary

~A Life of Love to be Remembered~

“ He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”( Revelation 21:4) .

Our daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, godmother, and friend Keisha Robinson born May 16, 1980 has gained eternal life.

KEISHA was born in Oakland, California and later moved to Longview, Texas, where she met new and forever friends. In her early middle school years, she moved to Carthage, Texas where life picked up quickly. She learned to fight life battles with courage and strength, which moved her into a field of compassion.

She received an associate of science as a Licensed Vocational Nurse from Panola Jr. College in 2007. She was passionate about her career and showed tremendous love for her patients and their family.

KEISHA was introduced to Christ at a young age, thanks to her praying Grandmothers, and was a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Long Branch, Texas for many years.

KEISHA had a big heart, smile, and never met a stranger. She was devoted to her family, close friends, and loved each of her sons in a special way; they were her world as she dedicated her life to them. She loved to shop, travel, look pretty, and take pictures with whoever had a camera. She was a joy to have in our life and will be missed forever.

KEISHA was processed in death by her grandparents James and Martha Bowie.

She leaves to mourn her passing three sons, Jacobby Burroughs, Ja’Corey Ware, and Jakedrion Robinson; one grandchild, Jakeidon Burroughs; parents, Billy and Jacqueline Davis.; one brother and three sisters, Corey Davis, Dominique Williams, Velvet Davis, and Shada (Da-Da) Bowie; six nephews and one niece, JaTavion Williams, Tramaine Turner, Jr., NaTajah Davis, DaKalyn Holman, Giovanni Davis, Ryzadrian Davis, and Sage Davis; her forever love, Rynon Robinson; sister-cousin, Barbara Lacy-Smith; sister- friend, Laquanta Allison-Thomas; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, co-workers, and loved ones.
