Barbara Ann (Moss) Borens

Barbara Ann Moss Borens, was born on May 8, 1963 to the parentage of James Earl Moss, Sr. and Doris Helen Moss.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Benny Fred Borens; brothers; James Moss Jr,. and Kenneth Moss; sister, Sandra Moss Sibley; and grandmother, Emma Moss;

Barbara is a 1982 graduate of Longview High School and worked in home health care; caring for others was her passion.

Barbara married Bennie (Billy) Fred Borens on February 28, 1981, to this union 2 children were born.

Barbara was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church in Easton, Texas. She was a prior member of The East Springfield Baptist Church in Gilmer, Texas.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memories her beloved daughters, Shanequa Borens (Eric Fluellen), Kajuana Borens King (Shimargin Cox Sr.), and Aimee Skinner; grandchildren, Christopher Ford, Carl Benny Lee King, Emari Fluellen, Aalllayah and Aalliyah Moore, Zayden Skinner, and Zaniyah Skinner; great-grandchildren, Sa’Marioun Ford and Brooklyn Nelson; special friend, Jo Brown, who preceded her in death; sisters, Patricia Moss and Debbie Moss; brother, Tony Moss; aunties, Alice Blacklock (Byron), Wanda Writt, and Brenda Curley (Donald); uncle, Jesse Henry; special friends: Aquilla Colbert and Sheryl Stevens; and a host of other relatives and friends.
