Bobby Carter, Sr. Obituary

Bobby Carter was born on July 10, 1947, in Kaufman County to Mr. Aubrey Carter and Mrs. Allie Mae Carter. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 siblings.

He attended Mary C Womack/Longview Independent School District. He accepted Christ at an early age.

In his leisure time he loved to play golf and watch sports. Bobby was a very hard worker. He worked at Gibson, National Linen, Norris Cylinder and he retired from Good Shepherd Hospital.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Opal Faye Carter. Daughter, Patricia Parker (Curtis). Son, Bobby Carter Jr. (Yashica). Sisters: Mira Jones (Joseph), Mary Jackson (Douglas), Ola Davis, Lola Anderson and Nedrata Carter. Brothers: Aubrey Carter Jr. (Audrey), Artis Carter, Joenathan Carter and Nathaniel Carter (Mary). Grandchildren: Julius Feggett and Ikeia Carter. Great grandchildren: Jahneshia Feggett and Jahmayah Feggett. Many co-workers, friends and family.
