Clinton C. Harris was born March 9, and daughter in Teneha, Texas to the late George Harris and Fannie Mae Harris.
He attended schools in Teneha, Texas. He worked as a truck driver for many years. Clinton was a very pleasant man who spoke very few words. He loved to entertain his family and friends by listening to music and playing dominoes. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and the color blue. Although he didn’t have a church home, he was a spiritual man that loved God.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Harris and Fannie Mae Harris; sisters, Pearlene Curry, Gennetta B. Harris, and Clara B. Horton; brothers, Robert Harris and Sam Harris; and daughter, Debra Bradley.
He was married to Shirley Reed Harris for many years. He later married Matilda Watts Harris.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Angela Harris Williams Robertson, Clint Earl Harris, David Gipson, Rita White Brown, and Denise Dews; sisters, Emma Hunt, Hattie Mae Henderson, and Callie Jean Bell; special friend, Nikita Else; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
