Delilah Annette Shumate of Gilmer, Texas was born August 18, 1954 and passed away peacefully from this life on November 8, 2021.

Delilah was a high spirited person and was full of life. She enjoyed fishing and being outside.

She loved her children, grandchildren and grandfurbabies. Her grandchildren and grandfurbabies were the light of her life.

Delilah had a strong faith and knew her Lord and Savior.

She is preceded in death by her parents Darrell and Dorothy Shumate, her maternal and paternal grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and friends.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children Jeramy [Bo] Estes and his wife Brenda Estes, Nona Sano and her husband Domenic Sano and Collier Hicks and his wife Stephanie Hicks; her grandchildren Shelby Downs and Elizabeth [Beth] Downs, and many cousins and friends.
