Dorothy (Teague) Torchia

A resident of Gilmer for 32 years Mrs. Torchia was born October 14, 1934, in Fort Worth, Tx. to JT and Mozelle Teague.

She worked as a Regional Accounting Director for H.U.D. of the Government. Mrs. Torchia loved nature and especially loved animals.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Torchia; parents, JT and Mozelle Teague; daughter, Cheryl Torchia; and brother, Jackie Teague.

Mrs. Torchia is survived by her son, Craig Torchia of Hawaii; daughter, Carla Elliott of Gilmer; granddaughter, Ciara Torchia of Longview; grandson and his wife, Blake & Rebekah Bledsoe of Orange Field, Tx; sister-in-law(s), Joan Nierath, Barbara Torchia and Marilyn (Robert) Beaudoin of Michigan; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great- great nieces and great- great nephews of Michigan, family and friends.
