Felton Hall was born, in DeBerry, Texas, to Ruthie Lee Hall and Burl Cooper, on July 11, 1942.
He attended school in Marshall, Texas, after finishing school he then moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. There he found work in iron construction and worked in that field for many years. After retiring from that field, he later found work at Metro Technology Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; where he worked until his passing.
Mr. Hall loved his family and he would always come home to East Texas as often as he could. He loved fishing and going to the country, and we will love him forever.
Felton is preceded in death by his parents, Ruthie Lee Hall and Burl Cooper; and sister, Lillie Ruth Conway.
He is survived by his son, Felton Hall Jr.; sisters, Verdell Humble and Willia Ruth (John) Polk; granddaughter, Phylecia A. Hall; grandson, Damonta Sims; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
