Florence Dowling Obituary

Florence Jean Dowling was born on October 6, 1938 in Charleston, West Virginia to Robert and Genevieve Palmer, she was preceded in death by William Dowling; her daughter Louwella Bourgeois, two sons Richard and Chris Young; grandsons Stevie Young and Nathan Coleman; granddaughter Rhonda Young and Melissa Grant; and one great granddaughter Cheyanne Young.

Ms. Dowling enjoyed spending time with family [especially her grandchildren] , listening to music, sharing time with friends and painting.

She is survived by her son Bobby [Diane] Young Jr.; ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
