Francis Moser Obituary

Frances Joseph (Frank) Moser age 84 of Hallsville, Texas passed away Monday evening, December 7, 2020 at Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. Frank is survived by two daughters: Kimberly J. (Moser) Doerner, of Semmes, Alabama and Jeannie S. (Moser) Locke, of Punta Garda, Florida. Two brothers: Carl Davis Moser of Kansas City, Missouri and Thomas Andrew Moser of Versailles, Missouri.

Frank will be remembered for card games, laughter and tears, and his kindness toward all.

Inurnment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in 2021, Westphalia, Missouri .

Frank’s favorite saying when you asked him how he was doing he would reply, “Meaner than a snake.”
