James Stewart

James Stewart, was born on November 10, 1952 in Leary, Texas, to Oree Stewart and Ruby Peppers.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brothers, Wiley Stewart and Odis Jackson.

James passed away peacefully at his home on December 23, 2022.

He served in the U.S. Navy, from 1974 to 1978,  and worked for Red River Army Depot for 48 years.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Linda Stewart; sisters, Gurtha Davis, Dessie Stewart, Essie Aubrey, and Annie Fields; brothers, Andrew Peppers and Tim Jackson; children, Tanya Stewart-Hayden, Jessica Stewart-Cornell, Vanessa Stewart, Jamaal Cloudy, Tre’ Stewart, and Brianna Stewart; and eight grandchildren.
