Jerry "3J" Johnson, Jr., was the 3rd child born to Jerry and Gladys (Walker) Johnson, Sr., on February 8, 1995 in Tyler, Texas. His daddy affectionately started calling him "3J' and the nickname stuck with him.
He attended the Whitehouse High School where he played football and in the band; he graduated in 2013. After graduation he realized his lifelong dream was becoming an Airman in the United States Air Force. His primary specialty was Security Forces. He graduated Security Forces School on July 14, 2014 from Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
