Joe Williams

Mr. Joe Wayne Williams, was born on November 11,1958, in Kilgore, Texas to Martha Jane Jackson and Jhonnie Lee Roy Williams. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Lee Roy Williams.

He attended Kilgore Independent School District and joined the U.S. Army. Mr. Williams joined and attended Victory Temple in Kilgore, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Williams of 29 years; mother, Martha Jane Jackson; two sons, Joe Wayne Williams and Joseph Johnson; one daughter, Martha Johnson; one god-daughter, Claisandra Adair; five sisters, Elaine, Mary, Anette, Sanestta, and Martha; three brothers, Billy Ray, Tony, and John Edwards; 12 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
