Joseph Edward Garner

Mr. Joseph Edward Garner was born on October 29, 1972 to Roy Turner Garner & Patrice (Pat) Burgess. He passed away on January 26, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father Roy Turner Garner, and grandfather, Roy James Garner. 

Joseph attended Hallsville High School in Hallsville, Texas

He was employed by Stone Works of Longview, Texas as a manager. 

Joseph was a very outgoing and fun person. He shared many hobbies including cooking, fishing, and hunting. He was one of the kindest, generous persons you could ever meet! Talk about the life of a party! Even in his sick days, he still enjoyed cooking, and making jokes to put smiles on faces. 

He leaves to cherish a lifetime of memories his mom, Patrice Burgess; stepdad Tommy Burgess; brothers, Patrick (Sherry) Burgess, Aaron Burgess; sister, April Garner; grandmother, Barbara Garner; Special Friend, Jason Stone (Stone Works Manager) and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
