Julius Carr Obituary

Mr. Julius Carr was born on April 29, 1952 and was a resident of Longview, Texas.

Julius attended M.C. Womack and Longview High School Class of 1970. During his lifetime he worked for Union Pacific Railroad, Yellow Cab, and enjoyed being a blessing while working for the New Life Outreach Church assisted living facility. Julius accepted Christ at an early age and attended New Life Outreach Church under the leadership of the late, Dr. Mattie Thompson.

On January 12, 2020, Mr.Julius Carr transitioned from labor to reward to reunite with beloved family members; Idafay Freeney, Bertha Wilson, and Julius Carr, Sr. 

Mr. Carr leaves to cherish his memories: daughters, Serina Finch, Longview, TX, Shelley Carr, Austin TX, and Alisha Morris, Houston TX; son, Quincy Carr, Austin ,TX; sister, Deborah Miller, Oklahoma, OK; brothers: Ernest Walton, Kilgore, TX, James Walton, Henderson, TX, and Reggie Freeney, Colorado, CO; a very special cousin, Brenda Buchanan, Longview, TX; four nieces; seven nephews; six grandsons; one granddaughter;  and a wealth of aunts, uncles, relatives, friends and coworkers.
