Justine Howell Obituary

Justine Tina Howell was born on February 11, 1961 in Nor Fork, Virginia to Charles and Christine Oliver, she was preceded in death by both parents and husband Charles Howell.

She is a graduate of Ore City ISD and her spiritual affiliation is Baptist.

Justine is survived by her loving daughter and son in law April and Rod Duffey; son Evan Howell; siblings Carla Calderon, Coleen Wythe, Mike, Chuck and Chris Oliver; three grandsons Parker and River Scudday and Devan Howell, and a host of life long friends.
