Latoya Morline Nelson

Latoya M. Nelson, was born on March 4, 1989, In Longview, Texas to Jody Rhoades and Henry Nelson, Sr.

She was a student of Longview ISD. In her spare time she enjoyed doing anything that involved her being in the water; she loved to swim. In her early years of life, she attended Pleasant Hill C.M.E church.

March 25, 2022, God saw fit to bring Latoya home to be with Him. She was welcomed at Heaven’s gates by her grandfathers, Gabe Nelson, Jr and Ernest Rhoades; uncles, Earnest Nelson and Rick Rhoades; and cousins, Joshua Pierce and Gaylon Bradley.

Latoya will be missed by all her knew her, including her mother, Jody Rhoades; father, Henry Nelson, Sr.; grandmothers, Mary Nelson, Donna Rhoades, and Patricia Spenny; siblings, Jason Rhoades, Natashia (Cory) Muniz, Ashlea Whitt, SamanthiaNelson, Henry Nelson, Jr., Wesly (Jasmine)  Nelson, Drewcilla(Michael) Levy, Tate Nelson, and Cesly (Alex) Edmond; a special friend, Marina Carrillo; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
