Linda Ruth Walker

Linda Ruth Walker, passed from this earthly home to the loving arms of our Father, September 17, 2021 at Christus Good Shepherd Hospital. Linda was born September 4, 1945, to Douglas Beasley and Sylvia Mathis, in Gilmer, Texas. 

She was a member at Living Gospel Church, of Longview, Texas, until her demise. 

She is preceded in death by her husband,  Benny Walker; two sisters, Gerry Thompson and Belinda Thompson; and three brothers,  Joseph Thompson, Willie Wright, and Ronald Mathis. 

She leaves to cherish her memories her beloved mother and best friend, Sylvia Mathis; a sister, Roszena Thompson; a brother, Randal Mathis; 8 children, Tommy Hall, Shelia Jones, Sharon Hunt, Johnny Hall, Gloria Morgan, Charles Hall, Benny Walker, and Angela Walker; 30 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
