Maria De Calderon

Ms. Maria Leonor Lara De Calderon, was born on February 13, 1926, in Honduras to Vicente Lara and Lucila Pena.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening. Maria was known as a businesswoman, very energetic, strong, humble, hardworking, stern and strick. 

Maria married the love of her life, Mr. Rafael Calderon, in 1942. During their union, 9 children were born; 4 beautiful daughters and 5 handsome sons. She and Rafael were married for 74 years, before Rafael's passing. The entire town of San Franciso, Apanta loved Mrs. Maria and Mr. Rafael.

Ms. Maria leaves many memories for her 9 children, 30 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren to forever cherish.
