Mary S. Ramirez [Maria] was born on March 17, 1946 and left us on May 24, 2022.
Mary was born in LaFerria, Texas to Martin and Petra Torres. She married the love of her life Lou Ramirez July 12, 1964.
She worked for R.L. Davis- Aramark, TISD and private sitting. Her joy was visits from family and friends but especially from her children, grandchildren and great grands. Mary happiest moments were when all the kids were there. The noise, drama and chaos were what made her thrive.
Mary is survived by her children Bonnie [Mark] Brenton, Richard [Jennifer] Ramirez, Irene [Carl] Ramirez, Erica [Alfonso] Ramirez Ponce, and Yvette [Jose] Ramirez Ortega; 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; brothers Alfonso Torres, Blas Torres and sister Felicitas Aguilar; brothers by marriage Ralph Ramirez, Amado Iglesias, Eleazar Iglesias and Danny Iglesias and a host of other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Lou Ramirez, daughter JoAnn Gonzales, her parents, brother Pablo Torres, her sister Janie Castillo, and her loving parents in law MH and Eva Iglesias.
