Nathan George, Sr.

Mr. Nathan George Sr. was born on July 2, 1943 in Hallsville, Texas to the parentage of William Taylor and Thelma Harris, he was preceded in death by parents; siblings Ned Watkins, Robert Harris and son Gary George.

He graduated from Hallsville High School and also attended Texas A & M Fire Academy.

Mr. George was a member of Lilly Hill Baptist Church in Longview, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Helen George; children Nathan [Viviane] George Jr., Tracy Donell George, Sandra Kaye George, Derylan [LeCreshia] George; siblings Mary Williams, Lavina Harris, Bonnie [Mary] Harris, and Larry [Margie] Harris; a special grandson Jeremy Lamar Purcell, special friends JT Caraway, Tammy Morris, Phyllis Lister and a host of grandchildren,  nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
