Ray Anthony Waters

Mr. Ray Anthony Waters was born on April 23, 1957 in Gilmer, Texas to Ella Mae Webb & Warren C. Waters. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

He attended Bruce High School.      

Mr. Waters lived in Upshur County all of his life. He loved cars, lawn mowers, and was a very gifted handy man. To know him was to love him! He loved to tell jokes, and make people laugh.      

He leaves to cherish his special memories one daughter, Truevenio (Kendrick) Hollins; 3 grand daughters, Maiah, Matashia, and Makenzie Hollins; 2 sisters, Detric (Shell) Waters, and Kathaleen Duffey; 1 brother, Franklin C. Waters; Bonus daughters, Ayannia (Jimmy) Hall, Lasheka Wrighten, Myeshi Tyeskie; and one bonus son, TJ Wayne. He also leaves to cherish his memories one special friend, Celeclia Wayne.
