Ruth Doris (Johnson) Washington

Ruth Doris Washington was born June 2, 1929 to Tuner and Ruby Johnson in Harleton, Texas. Ruth grew up in Harleton.

Mrs. Washington married Walter Albert Washington in 1948 and to their union two children were born; Celuster and Kenneth Washington.

On August 25, 2018 at 7:22 am Ms. Washington peacefully transition from life to eternity. She will reunite in Heaven with her parents, Turner and Ruby Johnson; Son, Celuster Washington; Sisters, Mary Louise Wesley and Bazine Pylant; and Brothers, Luther and Jessie Johnson.

She leaves to cherish her memory son, Kenneth Washington; Brother, Davis Johnson; Three Granddaughters, Nichole Washington, Aliece Turner, and Taylor Washington; Two Great-Grandsons, Christopher Washington and Angelo Turner; Five Great-Great Grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
