Sherman Lee Horton

Mr. Sherman Lee Horton was born on May 24, 1956 in Los Angeles, California to Fannie Lee McMihelk and Jessie Lee Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Shirley D Sammons; sons, Sherman Horton Jr., Willie Garrett, Losie Garrett, and Frank Horton. 

Mr. Horton was a member of the Zion Hill Baptist Church of Tatum, Texas.

In 1994, he married the love of his life, Mrs. Garlene Garrett-Horton.  To this union 6 children were born. 

In his spare time, he loved to play dominoes, and spend time with his domino buddies, family, and friends. 

He leaves to cherish his special memories his wife, Garlene Garrett-Horton; sons, Tom (LaToya) Garrett, Brian (Diana) Garrett, Doug (Kelly) Garrett, Karahn Horton, Kareehm Horton;15 grandchildren; brother in laws, Roger (Ruby) Garrett, W.F. Garrett, Lonnie (Macy) Shelton, and Jerome (Emmie) Garrett; sister in laws, Linda Bishop, Debbie Garrett, and Mary Garrett. 

A special thanks for Mr. W.F. Garrett and Wayne Wright for being by our side every step of the way. I couldn't have made it without these men.
