Miss Shonna Leigh Harkrider, was born February 4, 1984, in Lone Star, Texas to Donald "Donnie" Harkrider and Donna Matthews. She was a resident of Daingerfield, Texas who loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends. Shonna was an angelic person who never met a stranger and was friendly to everyone she came into contact with.
On the morning of Friday, January 28, 2022, in the comfort of her own home, Shonna peacefully went to be with Jesus. Upon on her arrival to Heaven's gates, she reunited with her twin sons, Wade and Jade Widner; father, Donald "Donnie" Harkrider; and brother, Rocky James Harper.
Shonna will be missed and cherished my all who loved her including her mother, Donna Matthews, 3 daughters, one son, two sisters, Miranda (Billy) Tidwell and Michelle (Jason) Derrick; two brothers, Jeff Matthews and Donnie (Felicia) Harkrider; grandmother, Margaret Cato; one great-aunt, Doris Davis; one uncle, Jerrel (Stephanie) Cato; and a host of family, friends, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
