If you’re about to throw out something cheetah print, stop. Consider: Virginia Marie Maniscalco (you probably knew her as Ginger), who entered eternal life on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Her spirit is carried on by her 3 children, 5 grandchildren, 2 sisters, and an extended family of relations and friends from every part of her life. We were blessed to smile and laugh alongside Ginger through her 47 years. She had a passion for gingerbread men and chili pepper decorations, the color green, collecting shot glasses, Harley Davidson, and of course all things cheetah. She will be remembered as a wild soul who spent an equal time offering a hand and stirring up mischief. She loved spending time with her family and friends, listening to loud music, and sharing every ounce of her love with her grand-babies. She knew a lot of people and went a lot of places. She lost her life to a long hard battle against cancer, joining her predeceased parents, Jean and Tony Maniscalco. Ginger is survived by her children, Austin Maniscalco, Taylor Cochran (Smith), Jordan Guevarra, and their families. She was a proud Gigi to Kenley, BlakeLynn, Charlotte, Caralyn, and Weston, whom she loved and cherished. She will also be deeply missed by her sisters Debbie Kay and Jamie McClain (Kay), nieces Crystal, Brandy, April, and their families. Please join us in a Celebration of Life for Ginger which will be held at Rosewood Memorial Funeral Home in Longview, Texas on March 26, 2021 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
