Mr. Wendell Renard Bell was born on July 28, 1962 in Gilmer, Texas to Naedene Bell and John Bell, he was preceded in death by father John E. Bell and brother Johnny L. Bell.

He graduated from Gilmer High School in Gilmer, Texas.

Mr. Bell is survived by his mother Naedene Bell; son Darius Bell Smith; brother Monte Bell; sisters Patrece [Ronnie] Fitts and Donna Lynn Bell; aunt Sibble Smith; uncle Marlon Bradford; 13 neices; 15 nephews; very dear friends Elvin Hart, Carrolton Fluellen, Sandra Edwards, Shirley Owens and Cynthia Goodman; nephews DeRon Fitts, Darius and Jarian; niece Danisha Fitts; cousins Rodney, Marcus, Wendell, Nena, special great-niece Bianca and great great- nieces Mi'Amor and Kimoree and a host of family and friends.
